JAGZ

Jagz™ is an innovative concept in loader edges that delivers more uptime. Its' interlocking cutting edges can last up to twice as long, giving you lower operating costs and more productivity.

DURA-MAX

Manufactured with thru-hardened 14B30 boron steel, which is significantly harder than the standard carbon edge. Dura-Max™ edges are made via a heat-treatment process in which the blades are heated to extreme temperatures and then quenched to reach maximum hardness levels.

STINGER EDGES

Looking to Smooth Out Some Bumps in Your Budget? Stinger scarifier blades are your answer. Stinger blades feature rotating, carbide-tipped bits that penetrate and fracture hard-packed roads.

Carbide Insert Snow Plow Blades

Carbide insert snow plow blades feature inserts of tungsten carbide. The wear and abrasion resistant carbide inserts wear longer than any other type of blade in applications requiring long runs and high speeds, such as plowing interstate highways and airports. They can outlast standard steel edges 20 to 1.

Excavator & Backhoe

John Deere provides a variety of edges that fit most models of excavator and backhoe buckets. Edges for excavators and backhoes are designed specifically for the demands of excavator and backhoe work. They are available in various lengths and thicknesses.

Dozer

John Deere Dozer Edges are engineered for maximum wear and easy installation. Dozer edges are high carbon with a bolt-on double bevel flat design.

Loader

When you need a long wearing edge for a loader bucket, turn to John Deere. Edges are available as bolt-on or weld-on systems. Bolt on edge systems let you quickly change edges in the field. They also extend the life of the bucket base edge and corners. Bolt-on edges can be reversed for extended wear life.

Motor Grader

John Deere offers an extensive line of all makes motor grader edges. There are two different choices to match your grading requirements: Dura-Max through-hardened edges and Carbon Steel Edges.

Scraper

John Deere offers Scraper Edges in both carbon-steel and Dura-Max through-hardened steel. Scraper blade selection depends on the material being moved. Dura-Max through hardened edges provides resistance to breakage. Carbon Edges are an economical alternative in low-impact situations.
